Licence and eligibility
A valid purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MuxScope on one activated computer for the purchased access period. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement.
Responsible use
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights or permission required to download and use any content. You must not use MuxScope to infringe copyright, bypass lawful access controls, violate a platform's rules, distribute malware, or break applicable law.
Access codes
Keep your access code private. It binds to the first computer used for activation. Contact support if you legitimately replace or reset that computer; reset requests may require payment verification.
Availability and quality
Download availability and maximum resolution depend on the source. “Up to 4K” does not guarantee 4K for every video. Websites and technical formats may change, so uninterrupted compatibility is not guaranteed.
Payments and refunds
Prices and access duration are shown before payment. Purchases do not automatically renew. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy.
Warranty and liability
MuxScope is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
