Is downloading video legal?+
It depends on the content, your permission, the source platform’s terms, and local law. Use MuxScope for your own uploads, public-domain or appropriately licensed media, and content you are authorised to save.
What does one purchase include?+
One access code valid for the displayed access period on one Windows or macOS computer. It includes unlimited downloads and every quality option available for the source video.
Is this a subscription?+
No. It is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. You can choose to purchase again after the access period ends.
When will I receive my access code?+
It appears on the payment-success page immediately after verification and is also sent to the email address entered at checkout.
Can I move my access code to a new computer?+
Access codes bind to the first computer that activates them. Contact support with your purchase reference if you replace or reset your computer.
Does 4K work for every video?+
MuxScope can download up to 4K when the source provides that quality. It cannot create quality that is not present in the original source.
What if payment succeeds but I see no access code?+
Wait a moment and check your email, including spam. If it is still missing, contact support with your payment or purchase reference.
