Information we collect

When you purchase access, we collect your name, email address, payment references, selected plan, and fulfilment status. The payment provider processes your payment details; MuxScope does not store your complete card number, banking password, PIN, or OTP.

During activation, the app sends a one-way, namespaced hash identifying the computer, the operating system, app version, and technical request data. The raw operating-system device identifier does not leave the app.

How we use information

We use this information to verify payments, issue and validate access codes, prevent fraud, deliver transactional email, provide support, and maintain service reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Information may be processed by our hosting, database, payment, transactional-email, storage, analytics, and support providers only as needed to operate MuxScope.

Retention and security

Purchase and access records are retained for fulfilment, support, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes. Usable access codes are encrypted at rest; lookup copies are cryptographically hashed. No internet service is completely risk-free, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
